It’s hard to argue that film, if done well, can be an extremely effective medium to communicate your message. Equally, if it’s done on the cheap with poor production values it just won’t achieve what you want it to. Today’s audiences are extremely media-savvy and even if they don’t know the technical reasons why a film doesn’t look right, they instinctively know when it’s a stinker.
In today’s multi-platform environment a well-produced film can be viewed across cinema, television, websites, e-mail virals and interactive CD-roms to great effect.
