When you consider the size and scale of British Gas it is gratifying to know that they still invest in creating a working environment that is fun and inspiring. We were approached by the Scottish Gas team at the Edinburgh-based headquarters with a brief to develop an approach to inspire staff within their busy customer support centre. With our experience in taking brands into the work environment we set about a plan of action that would cause the least amount of disruption but result in a long-term flexible solution. With the current marketing campaign developed by their London agency receiving so much positive feedback we decided to build on this for the internal requirements resulting in a continuity of style and very positive feedback from the Scottish Gas marketing team and staff.
